Despite my last depressing post, I am still chugging along on the Slow Carb Diet. I’ve also gone back to the same weight I was the morning of my first cheat day.
I have had about 1 slice of Amish Friendship bread each day and that has helped make this “diet” more realistic (I would like this to be more of a healthy lifestyle change for me, and for that to be true, I need to sneak in treats now and then).
Monday: Zumba, Ab work
Tuesday: Trampoline Park!
Wednesday: Soccer Game
Thursday: Focus T25 or Insanity Asylum
Friday: Focus T25 or TurboFire
Saturday: Zumba or Run
Sunday: Insanity Asylum or Yoga
Monday: Turkey burger and side salad for me, tacos for hubby
Tuesday: Slow Cooker chicken breasts (cook in chicken stock, drain, then shred with lite caesar dressing) and veggies
Wednesday: Cx Fett for hubby, SCD meal for me
Thursday: Cheeseburger pasta for hubby, SCD meal for me
Friday: Out to Eat
Saturday: Buffalo Chicken Pizza for hubby, SCD meal for me
