I’m part of FitFluential, and we occasionally get fun challenges that we can participate in on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. I’m a little late this month, but I love April’s Ab Challenge, which helps you lengthen your plank time. Each day for the plank challenge, you go a bit longer, until eventually you can be up to a three minute plank.
My plank time is frankly embarrassing (75 seconds if I’m lucky), I’m hoping even a late start can help get my plank record up!
