So as you may know, after Christmas, I had a hard time getting back into my regular workout routine. However, I thankfully discovered P90X3 (not an affiliate link) and have been loving it! The 30 minute workouts have helped me get back into difficult workouts without being too intimidating. I knew eventually I could get back into doing INSANITY but I just wasn’t ready after taking it easy for a few months.
Anyway, mixing up P90X3 with TurboFire and Focus T25, I have been working out a lot harder and it has felt good to be sore after a workout again. As part of my continuing partnership with X2PERFORMANCE®, I was sent some samples of their product to try before my workouts, which are shown to increase performance and energy (something I need when I’ve been lazy about doing hard workouts).
So I’ve been taking X2 before some of my workouts and have had good results. I feel more empowered to push to failure while never feeling like I wouldn’t be able to tell that I went too far.
Me after a workout
The supplement is in a slender red bottle and tastes a little bit like orange juice. I’d estimate they are about a shot-size worth of liquid and go down in no time. As I continue stepping up my workout game, I look forward to continue learning about the science behind X2 and how it can help athletes of any level get better.
As part of my partnership with X2PERFORMANCE®, they are offering readers a free trial of their product, which includes 4 bottles (a $19.95 value)! You can sign up here. Enjoy and let me know what you think!
