I’m in my second week of P90X3, and I still am really enjoying it. I’m not a huge fan of Isometrix, but I think it was more because it was so difficult for me (I would call it Advanced Yoga instead of Isometrix).
Because those 30 minutes workouts are so intense, I have been trying to not only stay hydrated before, during, and after my workout, but also throughout the day. I found some great infographics on staying hydrated and thought I would share:
